Framework agreement for the delivery of engine fuel, fuel oil, propane and servicing boilers

The Awarding Authority shall enter into framework agreements for the delivery of bulk shipments of products such as heating oil, engine fuel and propane. The agreement shall also include the servicing of boilers. The framework agreement shall apply for the counties of Oppland and Hedmark and for the municipalities of Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal og Nord-Fron.
The counties of Oppland and Hedmark shall enter into framework agreements for the purchase of engine fuel and other products from stations.
There shall be one or more framework agreements, and it is possible to make an offer on parts of the acquisition.
Bidders may submit tenders for one or more of the following groups:
- Group 1: Bulk Deliveries and servicing boilers
- Group 2: Engine fuel and other products from stations
- Group 3: Bio Oil from EN14213
