The Research Council of Norway's many assignments and policy instruments require comprehensive communication activities and we have a particular need to produce information articles.
The assignment for the Research Council of Norway will mainly consist of text and picture deliveries. The option to provide short, simple video and/or sound recordings is desirable, also with a view to communicating in social channels. In addition the framework agreement will include editorial services for "Forskningsdagene".

The Research Council of Norway would like to enter into framework agreements with 8-10 service providers. The total extent in the contract period is estimated to 7 000 000 - 10 000 000 NOK per annum, and 30 000 000 - 40 000 000 NOK during the four year period. The stated extent is only an estimate and is not binding for the awarding authority as regards the extent of orders during the contract period. Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Legally established company.
Service providers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Service providers shall have a functioning HSE system.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating, not older than one year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway can, in addition, obtain its own credit rating if appropriate.

Service providers shall have sufficient financial ability to fulfil the contract obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
A short description of the service provider's ability to fulfil the contract (for the relevant type of assignment) and the capacity are to be enclosed.
An account of the company's routines for quality assurance. See the tender documents for further information on the documentation requirements.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A very good ability to fulfil the contract and the capacity to provide the requested services are required.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
