Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Organisation.
An overview shall be enclosed of relevant personnel in the company with qualifications and education. This shall also be documented for any sub suppliers. Description of capacity for fulfilment of the contract. The company is required to have at least two persons who can carry out the services. Tenderers shall state experience and referenes from equivalent contracts in the last two years. The most relevant references for this competition shall include the name,telephone number and e-mail address of a person that can be contacted.

All tenderers in this competition must fulfil the minimum requirements and must fulfil the qualification requirements. The minimum requirements are regulated in the regulations and these apply to all suppliers to public authorities.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
