Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Service providers shall be a legally established company.
Service providers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Service providers shall have a functioning HSE system.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway can in addition obtain its own cerdit rating where appropriate.

One person companies that are not obliged to submit their accounts in accordance with the Accounting Act, § 1-2 are required to enclose trading statements for the last two years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service providers shall have sufficient financial ability to fulfil the contract obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
A short description of the service provider's ability to fulfil the contract (for the relevant type of assignment) and the capacity shall be enclosed.
Short description and a minimum of three relevant references from public knowledge entities.
Account of the company's routine for quality assurance.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Very good ability to fulfil the contract and the capacity to provide the requested services.
Service providers must have experience within the requested service areas.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
