Kort beskrivelse:
Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (OBY), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall renew the existing framework agreement for the service and maintenance of ventilation systems.
The purpose of the acquisition is to ensure the necessary operations and maintenance of the buildings that the Awarding Authority manage.
The contract includes the service and maintenance of the ventilation and comfort cooling systems in the Awarding Authority's property portfolio.
The aim is:
— satisfy the environment and indoor climate levels,
— maintain the facilities technical standards and requirements.
Scope
The Awarding Authority operates and manages approx. 900 000 m
Service/maintenance shall be carried out in a manner that satisfies and attends to the manufacturer's requirements and recommendations. The properties shall have two service visits per year where there shall be carried out a full review of all of the facilities that are described in the agreement. The filter replacement shall be performed once a year, or more frequently if necessary.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
