Framework agreement for service and maintenance of elevators

The assignment includes the service and maintenance on all of the Awarding Authority's elevators within their buildings. An exception is made where a new elevator facility is installed and with major rehabilitations, with situations like these there shall be entered into service and maintenance agreements with the supplier of the new facility/where the supplier is responsible for the rehabilitation. Where there is entered into a service agreement with the supplier there shall also include a new/renovated facility within this framework agreement.
The assignment is divided by manufacturer. The Awarding Authority has four main manufacturers of there elevators: Kone, Schindler, Thyssen and Otis. In addition, the Awarding Authority has several elevators from other manufacturers, but the total number of elevators per manufacture does not amount to enough to specify, so these are all collected into a separate group which includes all of the elevators from other manufactures. In total the elevator portfolio is divided into 5 groups. It is possible to submit a bids for elevators from one or more manufacturer and collected group.
The suppliers shall have competence to carry out the work son the elevators from the manufacturer(s) where they submit a bid for and confirm that they have access to the relevant parts relevant for the elevators, refer to appendix 3 B 'Tilbudsskjema'(offer Sheet) section 8.
The maintenance assignments are limited up to 200,000 NOK per assignment.
