Framework agreement for safety locks,general office area and safety doors

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs secures the foreign service missions against unwanted access and secures the personnel that work there against the public. The division between the public area and the actual office is therefore constructed as bulletproof and access to the embassy via equivalnet bulletproof locks. There will be a need, connected to new establishments, moves and renovations of foreign service missions, for bulletproof general office areas and lock doors, as well as safety doors. The general office areas shall have bulletproof glass and frames, equipped with equivalently secured post hatchse and speech communicaiton. The safety lock consists of doors with bulletproof glass and frame, safety locks and remote opening of the lock with lock function.
The equipment shall be prepared for simple assembly with the help of local manpower at each foreign service mission. Documentation in Norwegian and English for the assembly, operation and maintenance must be enclosed. The delivery must be packed for export and delivered to the address in Oslo/Bærum.
