Framework agreement for purchasing traffic signs inklusive equipment for erection

Bodø kommune

The municipality of Bodø operates onstreet payed parking. The existing onstreet payed parking areas will be expanded, and also a new onstreet fee parking area will be established. This means a lot of traffic signs in the city center have to be changed, and many new signs must be erected in the new onstreet payed parking area. The areas comprise approx. 16 km of streets with approx. 1 000 separated positions of traffic signs. Many positions will require 2 traffic signs. The majority of the signs will be parking regulation signs. Many other traffic signs in these areas also need to be changed or renewed.
Duration of the framework agreement is 1 year, with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 + 1 year.
Without obligations; the purchaser expects that orders in 2013 will include 700-1 000 sign positions. Each position may include multiple signs. Some positions will only cover replacement of existing signs. Other positions will require bar, foundations, plate fittings and new signs. In year 2-4 the amount are expected to be approx. 100 separated positions each, split roughly equally between replacement of old signs and erection of new signs.
