The contract is for 2 years with a unilateral option for award authority to extend the contract for another 2 years (1+1) under the same conditions as in the first 2-year period

Service provider's last 2 completed financial statements, including notes and management and auditor's reports for the last 2 years. Award authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating from an approved credit rating agency.

Service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to undertake the assignment/contract.

(1) Other documentation required (please state below):
Central certification or a statement that the service provider will get local certification for the right to be responsible or proof of certification based on European standards or other satisfactory documentation that the requirement is fulfilled.
(2) Overview of the service provider's organisation and manpower relevant for this contract for annual inspection and continuous service.
If sub suppliers will be used, a binding statement shall be filled in, annex 6. An overview shall be given of which parts of the work will be carried out by sub-suppliers and which sub-suppliers shall be used.
(3) Service provider shall state relevant reference projects carried out in the last 3 years. Information shall be given on the awarding authority, the work that was performed, the value of the work, date of execution and the name/telephone number of a contact person at the awarding authority.

A minimum off 3 reference certificates ought to be filled in by previous awarding authorities.
The awarding authority reserves the right to contact the references.
(4) An account of the company's quality assurance system, control system and internal control system. This shall include a table of contents, and a description of how the system is maintained. Alternatively, the requirement can be documented by ISO certification.

(5) Presentation and documentation of the measures/environmental considerations that form the basis for the execution of the contractual work, and award authority's overall environmental focus. Key points include management of packaging waste and recycling.

Alternatively, the requirement can be documented by quality or environmental management system according to Eco-lighthouse, ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent 3rd party-system, a valid certificate documenting this can be submitted.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
(1) Service providers shall be qualified for central certification or qualified for local right to be responsible or equivalent in development class.
(2) Sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment, including available resources with relevant professional competence and competence in all of Boligbygg's emergency lighting installations (see annex 5).
(3) Service provider shall have very good experience from similar assignments.
(4) Service provider shall prove that he has a good and efficient quality assurance system, management system and internal services for the services to be provided.
(5) Service provider shall demonstrate that he has focused on the environment, and to incorporate environmental considerations in connection with the work to be provided. Proper recycling scheme for electronic and electrical products.
