Statistics Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider for the total, uniform production of printed matter with offset and /or digital print. The portfolio varies from business cards and brochures to quality publications. The assignment also includes distribution and an option for print-on-demand.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tax and VAT certificates shall not be older than six months. The company registration certificate and HSE certificate shall not be older than 12 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Satisfactory finances are required to fulfil the contract and a documented earning capacity. The service provider (i.e. the company who submits the tender) shall enclose a credit rating from a certified credit institution/company. The credit rating shall not be older than six months. The credit rating shall be a so-called rating and include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating. The credit rating shall not be worse than A (credit worthy) or equivalent if another rating is used (numbers). Tenders from service providers with a rating lower than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be considered.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Experience is required from equivalent contracts and sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment. This is to be documented by a list of reference assignments with the name and telephone number of contact persons. Describe also the printing office's total capacity.

— It is a prerequisite that the service provider has modern machines that guarantee good quality printed matter. Describe the machines and production methods.

— The tenderer's environment competence. Competence is required that ensures a low impact on the environment when carrying out the service. Service providers shall have: A plan for training personnel in HSE, including waste handling, use of chemicals and equipment - written work instructions. Documentation requirement: An account of existing routines that document that the requirement is met. If the routines are described in the company's quality assurance or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or other third party verified system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
