Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF is a municipal company owned by Oslo municipality that shall develop, construct, run and maintain municipal buildings. Per January 2011 the total building area is approx. 900 000 m2 divided between 658 properties and 1 150 buildings.
Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF would like to enter into a framework agreement with consultancy companies that can cover the following:
— Independent inspection in accordance with the requirements in the Planning and Building Act and regulations. Further specifications of each assignment will be given in each call-off. A budget for fees and expenses shall be set for each assignment, cf. NS 8402 point 12.3.

We would like to point out that our need is governed by the number and type of ordered projects. The need can, thus, be less or more than 2 000 000 NOK per annum in the contract period.
