Framework agreement for graphic services

The purpose of the acquisition is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of graphic services, which are divided into the following 5 areas:
1 Envelopes
Various sizes and amounts.
2 Labels
Various labels, cordoning bands, tags, tape and profiling products in various
sizes / formats.
3 Publications
Various publications, posters, business cards, ID cards, export certificates and other printed materials of various sizes / formats.
4 Mass mailings
The Norwegian Food and Safety Authority may require mass mailings in accordance with their registers.
An example of a possible mailing would be the the dispatching to all of the registered cattle farmers: 2-4 sheets of paper, 20 000 individual letters - Printing, packaging and shipping.
5 Administrative Services
This product group includes the request for ordering solutions, consulting services and storage rental.

The Awarding Authority has the Possibility of extending the agreements with up to one + one year - so that the total contract duration can be a total of four years.

Credit appraisal from a recognized creditrating agency.
Based on the most recent figures, and shall include a credit rating, part judgment and historical ratings. The appraisal shall not be older than six (6) months from the tender deadline.
The credit ratings shall not be worse than the corresponding "good creditworthiness".
