Framework agreement for fiscal measurements 2014-2017

OD has a need for consultancy services within fiscal measurements and would like to enter into a three year contract with effect from 1.2.2014. There will be both national and international assignments, and the assignments can, amongst other things, consists of technical measurement inspections, practical and theoretical studies/reviews, development of rules, courses and visits to companies. See the tender documents chapter 3 for a further description of the assignment.
Based on completed consultancy assignments in the previous contract period, the estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. 6 000 000 NOK, of which international assignments are expected to make up the largest amount. The annual amount depends on OD's and the Ministry's grants. The framework agreement does not, therefore, give any rights to service providers as regards the minimum volume/extent.

The last two annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement. If a service provide cannot, for valid reasons, enclose the requested documentation, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept.
