Framework agreement for equipment to be used in connection with inspection work

Mattilsynet (Norwegian Food Safety Authority), hereafter FSA, supervises food companies, feedstuff and plant health, fish and animal health and animal welfare and meat inspection at slaughterhouses. Such supervision entails, among other things, collection and dispatch of samples. For the implementation of this work there is a need for different equipment.
FSA wishes to enter into framework agreements for the purchase of such equipment. The equipment is described in detail in Attachment 2, Appendix 1.2 - List of equipment for inspection.
FSA aims to conclude from two to five framework agreements - depending on what tenders are received.

Option for FSA to extend agreements with up to 1 + 1 year - making the total contract duration up to 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).

Credit rating from a certified credit rating agency, based on the last known accounting figures that includes a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating. Not older than 6 months from submission of tender. The credit rating shall not be worse than equivalent to good “credit worthiness”.
