Framework agreement fo printers and multi-functional machines: Services, accessories and purchasing

The Norwegian Concert Institute operates an extensive information campaign around its communication of live music, and is also dependent on that the paper-based information holds a high standard of quality and that the technical apparatus for this has a stable good operational situation.
We are looking for a service provider who can perform both periodic and emergency maintenance of the printer park and can answer for the quality of the accessories that are delivered. We want to establish the ability to purchase new printers / MFPs through this framework agreement, but we would also like the possibility for that the printers / multifunctional printers purchased elsewhere can also be available and applicable under the service agreement according to more explicitly and specified conditions.
At the same time we want a service provider that can also be The Norwegian Concert Institute partner in addressing the environmental concerns within the printing area, through the utilization of printer functionality with a return agreement for used accessories etc.
