Enova SF

In order to perform their duties in a satisfactory manner, it is important for Enova to have a long-term perspective on the measures and activities that are initiated. Based on the purpose of Enova, the aims that are set in the agreement between the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, other parameters and perspectives on relevant future markets and prepare Enova business strategies. This is done both for Enova as a whole and for individual departments and areas.
The strategies are the result of a systematic approach to how Enova will move the market from a current state to a desired state, by addressing the relevant barriers with effective and targeted measures.
To ensure the quality of efforts to develop business strategies at various levels in the organization Enova requests to recruit external capacity to assist within the following roles:
— Strategic consultant related to route selection, positioning and tactics for creating change within Enova's core energy and climate;
— Process capacities related to further developing strategy;
— research capacity related to the future decision making.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement will be for 2 years. The Awarding Authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for an additional 1 year, totaling a maximum of 3 years.
Tidsramme for senere kontrakter: 12 måneder
Varighet: 24 måneder

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
REQUIREMENT: Certificate of good conduct.
Documentation: Statement from the supplier that the requirements in Appendix B are met.

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
