Framework agreement engineering design services – consultancy services municipal building

Randaberg Kommune

Randaberg municipality shall enter into framework agreements with up to three tenderers for consultancy services for construction. The professions that shall be covered are 1) Building techniques including geotechniques, 2) HVAC and sanitation (heating, ventilation and sanitation), 3) el (electro and automation), 4) fire, 5) acoustics and 6) building physics. Tenders can be submitted for one or several of the professions. "Special consultants" or consultants within professions that are not mentioned directly in the tender documents can also be offered.
The assignments will vary in size and content. Consultancy services for all municipal construction projects can be solved under the framework agreements. There will also be consultancy services for existing buildings and the operation of buildings. The awarding authority is free to hold separate tender competitions for consultancy services for construction projects with a cost limit of more than 10000000 NOK
The framework agreements will be for two years, with the start estimated to February/March 2014.
The awarding authority has in addition an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The total contract period can then be four years.
The estimated annual extent of assignments under the framework agreemnets is up to approx. 1000000 NOK. The total estimated value including options is estimated to approx. 4000000 NOK.
