Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings, Oslo municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority operates and administers approx. 885 000 m2 divided in approx. 1 200 buildings on 645 properties. The Awarding Authority will enter into one service provider for all of the buildings. The extent of the assignments varies but the main emphasis of all assignments are below 40 000 NOK
