Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings, Oslo municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority operates and administers approx. 885 000 m2 divided in approx. 1 200 buildings on 645 properties. (4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

- The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
- The tenderer shall present a HSE self declaration (see annex 2)

The company's two last annual accounts including notes, the board's and the auditor's reports as well as the latest information with relevance to the company's accounting figures
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below)
- An account of the contractor's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years.
- An indication of the proportion of the contract and for which areas a sub-provider may be involved.
- List of the tenderer's principal deliveries or provided services the previous 3 years, including information of values, dates as well as names of the public and private recipients. Shall be substantiated by certificates.
- Information of the tenderer's and the companies administration's professional qualifications, particularly for the person or those responsible for providing the service.
- Certificate of company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies who verifies that the tenderer comply with certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002. Instead of certificate, the Awarding Authority may accept other substantiated quality assurance system where relevant procedures, certificates and treatment of non-conformance/improvement works are described.

If sub-providers are engaged in fulfilment of the qualification requirement(s), a statement of liability shall be attached from the sub-provider or other documentation which substantiate that the tenderer has access to the sub-provider's capacity and competence.

Kontraktutførelse

- Maximum 2 hours response time in case of urgent assignments.
- Maximum 3 days response time for 1) preparation of tender/estimate from the request is sent from the Awarding Authority and 2) from order are sent from the Awarding Authority until the assignment is initiated.
- Requirement of being in command of written and oral Norwegian.
- Apprentice company.
- Requirement in relation to salary and working conditions.
- UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child article 32 and the ILO Convention No. 138
