Framework agreement, delivery of signs and barrier materials

In this contract the Awarding Authority wishes to meet any given time requirements for delivery of traffic signs and barrier materials. The agreement may exclude deliveries to larger project. Beyond that the Awarding Authority's participating municipalities may chose to enter into the agreed upon contract.
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a contract with one principal supplier for the entire delivery. The selected supplier will be the full-range supplier of all products related to signs and barrier materials.
The delivery will include the following product groups:
1.2.1 Traffic signs.
Delivery of traffic signs that comply with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's manual 050; “Sign standard”. The signs shall be delivered for standard set-up materials as well as arches for ground, poles and wall mounting. The signs shall comply with all time prevailing edition of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's manual 050.
1.2.2 Set up materials.
The set up materials include delivery of sign fasteners, fittings, clamps, hinged/folding signs, holders and foundation for setting up stationary signs, in addition to ongoing construction works warning signs. Signposts diameter Ø60 and diameter Ø90 mm shall be delivered in lengths of 25,5 or 6 m, material thickness 3 mm. The posts shall be galvanized or powder varnished. This implies for all types of foundations, installation and set-up materials.
1.2.3. Ongoing construction works warning equipment/Traffic safety:
a) Materials for implementation of warnings in connection with works on public roads. Presently the participating municipalites use barrier boards and barriers, traffic cones, barrier bands, traffic lane separators, safety poles with and without installed warning lights, warning lights, security fences, traffic controlled mobile light signal system, barrier wagons, warning panels with and without installed warning lights and folding signs. The materials shall comply with the all time prevailing edition of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's manuals 051 and 062.
b) Barrier and security system, including longitudinal security, compare manual 231.
c). Fences and bars, including delivery of protection, obstacle, sections and stair railings with prefabricated embedment foundations, car blocking barriers in various lengths and locking possibilities for triangles, cylinders and padlocks, as well as swinging and lifting bars of various lengths.
1.2.4 Snow clearing markers.
The markers shall be made of bamboo and plastic, with approved reflection installed.
1.2.5 Re use of signs.
The tenderer shall offer recycling of old signs and shall also offer this as a part of the assortment, with discount in price in relation to new signs in the same category.
1.2.6 Work notification courses.
The tenderer shall offer the Awarding Authority courses in work notification procedures in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's Head Office' Sign regulations. The courses shall be implemented in accordance with requirements given in the Norwegian Public Roads' manual 051 - works on and along roads. Prices shall be given for each course participant for Modules 1, 2 and 3. The courses shall be offered once a year.
1.2.7. Sandboxes.
Prices for sandboxes, sizes 550 and 350 litres, shall be given.
1.2.8 Road marking products.
