Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester

The agreement includes contrator services within construction and works, as stated in the main chapters of NS 3420. Restrictions shall be set by the listed trade workers in price form B1. For Forsvarsbygg rental market area requires general maintenance within all EBA owned by NDEA, interior and exterior work, as well as minor new constructions/extension of the BA. The contract primarily comprises services for Forsvarsbygg rental market area West, location Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder.

- Presentation of the accounting figures from the last available annual accounts that show the tenderer's turnvoer. (Not necessary if the account's key figures are in the credit rating).

- Turnover requirements: Tenderers must document a turnover of at least 30 000 000 NOK in the last accounting year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

- Tenderers shall have the necessary capacity to fulfil the contract

The mechanical equipment that the tenderer will use for this framework agreement shall be in good technical condition and it shall fulfil all the public requirements for the equipment.

- Tenderers must be able to work with asbestos and scaffolding.

Tenderers (as a company) shall have good experience and competence for carrying out the works covered by this contract. As a part of this requirement tenderers are required to achieve local certification for the fields covered by the contract.
