The procurement is divided into 3 independent competitions where the tenders will be evaluated as regards the stated award regime for each competition.
Construction contractor (painting, coverings, masonry/concrete and joinery services).
Bardu, Målselv and Sørreisa municipalities. (Including Bardufoss main air station, Heggelia/Rustad camp, Maukstadmoen/Skjold, Setermoen and the Air Force's station Sørreisa).
Machine contractor including SØF.
Sub area I: Skjold-Maukstadmoen camp area as well as the accompanying residential areas with Råvann Shooting range and Mauken and Blåtind SØF including connecting roads. Bardufoss main air station, Heggelia-Rustad camp, the Air Force's station Sørreisa, as well as the accompanying residential areas and Setermoen SØF including Karlstadskogen.

- Contractors shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

- Presentation of the accounting figures from the last available annual accounts that shows the contractor's turnover. (Not necessary if the account's key figures are in the credit rating).

- Construction contractor - turnover requirement: Contractors must document a turnover of at least 70000000 NOK in the last accounting year.

- Machine contractor sub area I - turnover requirement: Contractors must document a turnover of at lesat 7500000 NOK in the last accounting year per sub area.

- Machine contractor sub area II - turnover requirement: Contractors must document a turnover of at least 5000000 NOK in the last accounting year per sub area.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Contractors shall have the necessary capacity to fulfil the contract.

In particular for machine/site services - Mechanical equipment that the contractor shall use in this framework agreement shall be in good technical condition and it shall fulfil all the public requirements for each piece of equipment.

- In particular for machine/site services:

Contractors (as a company) shall have good experience and competence in the execution of works covered by this contract. As a part of this requirement contractors are required to achieve local certification for the areas covered by this contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

- Overview of academic and professional qualifications for the persons that will be responsible for the contract with Forsvarsbygg. See the tender documents part III point 3.2 for further information on this point.

- Sub area I: List of 3 reference customers that can be contacted where the contract volume, or turnover volume per accounting year is, or has been greater than 2000000 NOK, not references older than 2 calender years.

- Sub area II: List of 3 reference customers that can be contacted where the contract volume, or turnover volume per accounting year is, or has been greater than 1000000 NOK, not references older than 2 calender years.

-Central certification or documentation that substantiates that local certification will be given in accordance with the Planning and Building Act development class 1. See the tender documents part I point 6 for futher information.
