The purpose of the acquisition is to establish one or more framework agreements for the product area through ensuring a legal agreement basis and environmentally friendly procurement with simplified and fast processes for the procurement of services and products.
The acquisition will include, among other things lift containers / combi containers, hook lift containers, tipper containers, open and closed HL containers, other specialized containers and compactors. There will also be a need to establish service and maintenance agreements for the products.

The supplier must have a satisfactory economic and financial position. There is a special emphasis on liquidity, solidity and bankruptcy predictions.
The Awarding Authority shall print out a solidity assessment through 'Soliditet Decision' including main info, payment remarks, financial statements, key figures and scores that will be the basis for assessment.

The supplier shall provide a brief but thorough description of their organization.
The supplier shall provide a brief but accurate description of the supplier's quality system. The description must include sufficient information for consideration in relation to the requirement. If the entity is third party certified, shall the documentation be enclosed.

The supplier shall provide a minimum of two certificates from similar assignments from the last 2 years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by referenced client.
The supplier shall briefly and precisely give an account for the existing procedures for monitoring relevant environmental standards in their industry and the company's environmental policy. This can also be documented by providing certification to recognized standards such as ISO 14001, EMAS, Eco-lighthouse, or similar documentation.

The supplier shall submit signed self declarations regarding wages and working conditions, refer to form 2 the corresponding statement shall be delivered for any subcontractor(s)/collaborating partner(s).

The supplier must have an organization with sufficient resources to carry out this assignment.
The supplier shall have a system to ensure quality control. Including that the supplier shall have a quality assurance system that includes procedures to ensure that the delivered products are of a good quality and that are otherwise fit to ensure good deliveries.

The supplier must have performed similar assignments before.
It is required that the supplier has an environmental management system to ensure the supplier's ability to monitor relevant environmental standards in the industry and contribute to a strong focus on the environment in the performance of services.
It is required that the supplier's pay and working conditions comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including requirements for wages and working conditions not less favorable than that provided for by the applicable national collective agreement, or whatever else is normal for the concerned workplace and position. This requirement also applies to a subcontractor(s)/collaborating partner(s) involved with the fulfillment of the contract.
