Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Shall be up-to-date with payment of taxes and VAT.
Supplier shall have a functioning HES system.
Supplier shall be a legally established company
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1. Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures
The rating shall be carried out by a publically verified credit evaluation company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Supplier shall have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract
2. Supplier shall have suitable insurance
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
Description of supplier's 5 - only five, most relevant assignments in the past 3 years. The projects must at least contain engineering design of fire safety, universal design, energy efficiency and construction automation. Supplier must document performed SHA plans and Safe Job analysis, document knowledge of the tender description with G-prog or equivalent, and NS3420, as well as contracting of service providers in accordance with Regulations on Public Procurement (FOA)

The description must include a statement of the assignment values, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail). References may be contacted if award authority needs clarification of assignment relevance. It is, however, supplier's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

An account of supplier's average workforce over the past three years and for the tools, machines, materials or technical equipment available to supplier for the execution of the contract/assignment.
Statement of supplier's quality assurance/quality control system of their respective companies.
Documentation of Central approval, the State Building Technology and Administration BE or document that local approval will be given. In addition, the attached organizational chart.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier must have experience from a minimum of 3 equivalent assignments during the last 3 years.
The supplier must have sufficient ability to perform the assignment and capacity.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required in accordance with the requirements for central and/or local approval.
