The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into framework agreements with one or several service providers for the provision of consultancy services for the outsourcing of new contracts Altinn within operation, administration and further development and a coordination contract between the fields.
The consultancy services are related to competence and capacity within operation and administration, with three defined fields:
1. Project management Altinn procurement project.
2. Consultancy services operation and administration.
3. Consultancy services risk analysis/quality assurance.
Tenders can be submitted for one or several fields.

The Brønnøysund Register Centre has a unilateral option to extend the contracts for up to one year.

The work is to be carried out by the consultant partly in Brønnøysund, partly at the Brønnøysund Register Centre's department office in Oslo and partly at the consultant's own office. This will be agreed for each individual call-off.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial ability to fulfil the assignment/contract. The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be central in this assessment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall enclose an overview of their experience from comparable contracts. The overview shall include the most important contracts in the last three years, their value/extent, what the contract included, date and recipient. Service providers that submit tenders for several professional fields must provide an overview of relevant contracts for all the professional fields that the tender is for, and it must be clear which professional field the documentation is relevant for, so that there is no doubt during the assessment for qualification. The overview is to be given on a separate form, annex 6.
