Oslo municipality, Municipal Undertaking for Social Buildings, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for consultancy services in relation to concrete knowledge, including engineering design, project assistance and technical follow up of the Awarding Authority‘s investment projects for concrete restoration. The investment projects related to concrete mainly comprises concrete renovation of facades, balconies/terraces, covers and reconstruction of parts or entire buildings. The assignment amounts to approx. 500 man hours.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period is 2 years with unilateral option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 1 year + 1 year on identical conditions as the initial 2 year contract period. However, adjusted contract value for increase in prices.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have good implementation ability.
The tenderer (as a company) shall be well experienced from corresponding assignment.
Sufficient capacity to implement the assignment.
