Framework agreement company health service

Rauma kommune

The contract shall get Rauma municipality a framework agreement with a service provider for the establishment of a good company health service for its employees, which shall be in accordance with the requirements in the law and regulations. The company health service shall, amongst other things, cover the Working Environment Act' minimum requirements for health examinations, hearing tests, vaccinations and group advice upon request. In addition relevant courses, training and reporting to the municipal management is expected.

Per 31.4.2013 Rauma municipality had 550 positions and 670 permanent employees.
The contract period is 1.1.2014 to 31.12.2015 with an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for a further one plus one year until 31.12.2017.

(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
