Rikskonsertene

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement which shall cover Concerts Norway's, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirement for car rental services. Every year the Awarding Authority arranges a number of concerts and tours in Norway and in connection with this hires cars for transporting musicians, audio engineers and equipment. The concerts and tours are nationwide and the Awarding Authority is therefore dependent on a joint venture partner who can provide the requested number of cars throughout the country. Based on statistics from 2011 and 2012, the estimated contract value is 2 100 000 NOK, excluding VAT. This figure is an indication, only, of the extent of the annual purchase of rental car services. It is emphasised that the Awarding Authority is not bound to procure a preset volume of car rental services during the agreement period.

Contract period is 2 years. The contract period is from 18.1.2014 until 17.1.2016. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 year.
