The Arts Council of Norway is moving from two different addresses at Grev Wedels plass to Møllparken 2 in Oslo. The new office premises cover approx. 4 000m2, including a separate meeting room department with 13 meeting rooms. The new eating room department is for external expert committees, internal meetings and professional conferences and dialogue meetingsn.
Parallel with the move the Arts Council of Norway is carrying out a major modernisation where all applications become fully electronic. The meeting rooms shall function for both traditional physical meetings and connecting participants over the internet. Emphasis will be put on the developmnet of future orientated solutions.
The assignment is divided into two. The first part of the assignment is for the move into new premises. The second part is the contract relationship after the moving project has been completed. The contract is for 2 years, calculated from the when it is signed, with an option for an extension for 2 years, one year at a time for up to 4 years.
The estimated cost limit is 1 800 000 NOK excluding VAT over 2 years. The total estimate with options is approx. 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This is an estimate and is not binding for the awarding authority. The awarding authority is free to procure services in accordance with the contract.

Credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company, or equivalent documentation. Suppliers that are not credit worthy (e.g. C or worse at Dun and Bradstreet) will have their application rejected. Suppliers with a bad credit rating (e.g. B at Dun and Bradstreet) are asked on their own accord to give an explanation of this and substantiate security of the delivery.
