Framework agreement-assistance with analyses in transport deps' and Avinor's work with NTP 2018-2027

Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet

The awarding authority would like tenders for analyses and reviews connected to transport and socio-economic analyses, goods flows and logistics and themes connected to ITS and environment technology in the NTP work. The work will mainly be done in 2014 and 2015 with the option for an extension for up to two years.
A contract will be signed with up to three service providers per main part.
The aim of the contract is to assist the transport departments and Avinor in obtaining the best possible basic material for proposals for the National Transport Plan 2018-2027.
The framework agreemnet is for two years. The awarding authority aims to start the assignment during April 2014.
The awarding authority has an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible contract length is four years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. An account of the service provider's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years (can be the same document as the competence matrix). An account shall be given of how the service provider will ensure sufficient capacity for the announced assignment. It shall include, amongst other things, a manpower plan that state the number of own employees, hired persons etc.

2. A list of the most important relevant contracts and completed assignments in the last three years, including information on the contract's value, date and the name of the public or private recipient. An account shall be given of a minimum of three reference contracts.
