Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping issues an invitation to this competition for framework agreements for architectural and consultancy services within construction. Norsk Tipping intends to enter into two framework agreements.
One framework agreement shall be for architectural services: Interior (IARK) and architect (ARK).
The second framework agreement shall be with a multidisciplinary consultant firm that provides consultancy in several areas that can link themselves with suppliers of the skills they do not offer themselves. The contract shall include the following disciplines:
Civil Engineering (RIB)
Fire Consulting (RIBR)
Electrical (RIE)
Pipes and plumbing (RIV)
Energy and Environment (RIEN)
Geotechnical Engineering (RIG)
Acoustics (RIA)
It is not permitted to tender only for some architectural and consultancy areas mentioned above.
The framework agreements will meet Norsk Tipping's need for architectural and consultancy services for the company's requirements during the period. Norsk Tipping is planning a major renovation project of the existing building stock during the contract period. The extent is not clear.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Profit and loss account and balance sheet with notes, as well as the annual report and auditor's report for the last 2 years. In addition, cash flow statement for the company that is obliged to prepare it.
— Credit evaluation / rating not older than the date of announcement of the acquisition.
— Latest available financial results for the current year if there are more than 6 months since the last annual report.
— Any other information that is relevant to the company's accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Adequate financial strength is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Brief general description of the supplier's organization and disciplines.
Including the number of employees, branch offices, any associated partners or subcontractors etc.
The supplier must provide evidence that he contols the specified partners or subcontractors with a liability statement.
2. Self-declaration of environmental management.
3. A certificate issued by an accredited certification body or similar documentation
or
Statement of supplier quality assurance/management system
Documented in Appendix Self-declaration of quality management
4. Central approval, alternatively documentation that the supplier will obtain local approval for work that normally requires class 3 approval.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1 Supplier's disciplines and capacity
2 The firm shall account for its own environmental activities
3 Contractor shall have a functioning quality assurance system for the services to be provided and which is implemented in the company.
4 The supplier and any sub- consultants must meet the requirements of the Planning and Building Act in approval class 3.
