Statsbygg, represented by the department Professional resource centre invites to an open tender contest involving framework agreements for Consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RiBr).
The professional resource centre is a division in Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide professional consultancy services in Statsbygg's building and administration projects. Division Building (FB) has in periods heavy work load and will therefore require external capacity.
Statsbygg will also need to engage a liable Fire-proofing consulting engineer (RiBr) for engineering design related to smaller projects. Framework agreement shall therefore be entered into with a Fire-proofing consulting engineer.

It is difficult to estimate the extent of assignments included in the framework agreement, as this depends on future allocations and future workforce situation. The objective of the framework agreement is to undertake peak loads in the division and meet the requirement for liable fire proofing consulting engineer in smaller projects. The total annual requirement is in the range of 0, 5-2, 0 man-labour years.When a requirement occurs, Statsbygg will address the requests for consultancy in accordance with conditions given in the agreement. The tenderer must expect to provide the proposed consultants within approx. 5 days subsequent to each request. It is emphasised that it is the proposed consultants that are at offered. The framework agreement period is 1 year with option for Statsbygg to prolong the agreement with 3 years (1 year + 1 year + 1 year).
