- Two kinds of multifunctional printers as descibed in the competitive documents.
- Support, service and maintenance.
- Neccessary software.
- Activities in connection with deliveries. Activities in connection with deinstallation and return of the printers at the expiry of the contract.
- Consumables like staples.
- Training.
The contract is based on rental (leasing) of the multifunctional printers.

The suppliers are requested to submit tenders for any or all of the following alternatives, which are variations in terms of authentication functionality: Alternative 1 - Without Follow Me or equivalent, but with authentication of printing through a method that do not require cards or similar (in example, via an authentication code). Alternative 2 - Without Follow Me or equivalent, but with authentication of printing through the use of Utlendingsnemnda's existing card solution with a magnetic strip. Alternative 3 - Without Follow Me or equivalent, but with authentication of printing via a touchless card solution. Alternative 4 - With Follow Me or equivalent, and with authentication via a touchless card solution. Utlendingsnemnda will evaluate offers on these alternatives (1-4) against each other in accordance with the award criteria, and choose the offer that is most economically advantageous (the offer with the highest total score). The annual report for the last two years, including the boards report and the auditors annual declaration.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall have have financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Regarding requirement 1:
a) Organizational chart for the suppliers organization.
b) A description of the supplier's organization and expertise, including the number and type of personnel the supplier can use for customer handling, operation and service, warranty and error situations, software updates, etc. for customers in Oslo.
Regarding requirement 2:
Deliveries must include purchase or rental of multifunction printers, support, service and maintenance to private corporates / organizations or government agencies.
Attach a description of the suppliers most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the value of the contracts, date and customer (name, telephone and e-mail).
Regarding requirement 3:
A short description of the total quality assurance system. Attach any certificate(s) issued by certification entities that confirm fulfillment of quality assurance standards.
In addition, attach a more detailed decription of the quality system related to support, service and maintenance (attach procedures or describe).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 1: Sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Requirement 2: Experience from similar deliveries the last 3 years is required.
Requirement 3: A good quality assurance system is required.
