Fixed and mobile telephony and mobile phones with accessories

Statens kartverk shall enter into a contract for the purchase of subscriptions and services for fixed and mobile telephony as well as an agreement for the purchase of mobile phones and accessories.
The contract for fixed shall include all employees, while mobile data traffic as well as a framework agreement for the purchase of mobile phones with accessories only for EK-users.
The contract consists of two main parts, both of which shall be included in the offer:
1 Continuing agreement subscriptions and services for fixed and mobile telephony and data traffic
2 Framework agreement for the purchase of mobile phones and accessories

Beskrivelse av opsjoner: Prolongation of the agreements twice, each of 12 months' duration.

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Contractor shall have arrears with respect to payment of tax and VAT payments.

The Contractor shall comply with legal requirements in Norway within health, safety and environment (HSE).

The Contractor shall be a legally established company.

The Contractor shall be registered as a provider of telephony and broadband at Post and Telecommunications Authority - confirmed by documentation from PT.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof

(3) Other documentation required (please state below)

- The last approved annual accounts including board of directors' report and auditor's report and any recent information of relevance.

- Solidity statement from a business with a license to operate a credit information. The assessment must not be older than 6 months from the deadline, based on the latest available figures and should disclose creditworthiness and the degree of risk of bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The Contractor shall have a satisfactory economic and financial situation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

Overview of the contractor's most important and relevant contracts in the past 3 years, with details of the scope of the delivery value, date and recipient.

A description of the technical staff or technical devices provider can use to fulfill the contract, whether they belong to the company or not.

Short description of the supplier's quality assurance / control system.

A copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation must be submitted.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The Contractor shall have sufficient experience from similar deliveries to organizations with similar size and geographic representation.

The Contractor shall have good ability and capacity for nationwide deliveries.

A well-functioning quality system for the services to be performed.
