Ringsaker municipality is building a new primary and secondary school at Brøttum. The school will comprise a total of 6800 m
The procurement of new Brøttum primary and secondary school comprises:
— Supply of school and office furniture;
— Supply of wardrobe solutions.
Contracts will be awarded for five different product areas. The most economically advantageous tender per product area will be chosen as supplier according to the award criteria. Product areas are:
1. Wardrobes.
2. School furniture.
3. Group rooms and meeting rooms.
4. Office and teacher workstations.
5. Special room.
With regard to scope, please refer to Benchmark document. The Award authority reserves the right to change the given quantities. This is particularly true in the product area School Furniture.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
1. Tenderer shall be up to date with their payments of taxes and VAT.
2. Tenderer shall have a functioning HSE system.
3. Tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Tenderer shall have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract
Tenderer is required to have sound finances so that the risk for award authority is minimal at the time of contract award.
Award authority will conduct an independent assessment of the tenderer's financial position. The assessment is conducted in cooperation with a credit rating agency.
In order to qualify the tenderer shall, as a minimum, achieve credit score worthy of credit or equivalent. Recently established companies are subject to special assessments.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
1. The supplier shall submit a list of the most important supplies in the past 3 years. Annex 13 Reference project must be used.
2. The supplier must briefly state their organization and staffing situation, premises and equipment, logistics systems and the like.
4. Documentation of participation in an approved recycling scheme or documentation of approved private plan.
5. Contractor guidelines for ethical trade – "code of conduct", with clear reference to the relevant conventions adopted by the United Nations and the International Labour Organisation ILO.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The supplier shall have experience from similar assignments.
2. The supplier shall have the necessary resources to fulfil the contract.
3. A good and efficient quality assurance system is required for the service to be provided.
4. The supplier must have a conscious and proactive approach to environmental issues for its activities.
5. The supplier must have a conscious and proactive approach to ethical trade
