It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial capacity to implement the contract/comply with the contractual obligations

Description of the company: the company's competence profile and existing activities.

Description of the company's 3 previously executed assignments with relevance to the execution of this assignment for the last 5 years. The description must include the value of the assignments, dates and recipients. Due to this qualification requirement, individual CVs are not requested.

Overview of number of employees presently employed with relevant competence for this assignment. The overview shall include both own employees and hired employees, if any.

Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies which verify that the tenderer comply with certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.

The Awarding Authority also accepts other documentation which demonstrates that the tenderer has equal quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the content of the system, including an overview of inspection plans and check lists with relevance to this contract shall be presented.

Good implementation ability and experience from corresponding assignments are required.

Experience with professional planning.

Feasibility studies.

Experience with management of cultural monuments.

The supplier shall have sufficient manpower capacity to implement the contract.

The supplier shall have an effective quality assurance system adapted the nature of the contract.
