Eye equipment for the new eye department at Østfold Hospital

Østfold Hospital is opening a new eye department on Moss in August 2014 and would like to enter into a framework agreement for the following equipment:
4.1 Non-mydriatic fundus camera for diabetes screening
4.2 Mydriatic fundus camera or SLO widefield non-mydriatic fundus camera
4.3 Autoforopter
4.4 Autorefractor for assembly on examination unit, 2 with ceratometer
4.5 OCT
4.6 Indirect ophtalmoscope
4.7 Hand held fundus camera
4.8 Slit lamp with applanation tonometer
4.9 Cyclodiode laser
4.10 Operation microscope ceiling mounted
4.11 Operation microscope floor standing
4.12 Digital visual board
4.13 Retinal photocoagulator with multi-spot function
4.14 Examination unit for eye, with desk
4.15 Automatic perimetry
4.16 Automatic glasses measurer
4.17 Hand held slit lamp
4.18 Dire ophtalscope
4.19 Skiascope
4.20 Hand held tonometer
4.21 Glasses box
4.22 Operation table/chair for anaesthesia patients
4.23 Table for the fundus cameras
4.24 Patient chairs for the fundus cameras/photo rooms + multi-spot laser
The contract shall always cover the current need at Østfold Hospital in the framework agreement period. The attached price form gives an estimated volume for each piece of equipment in accordance with the current investment budget and what there will be needed for the opening of the new eye department in Moss in August 2014. The volume is only an estimate and can change in accordance with Østfold Hospital's changed needs and investment resources. The need can be less or greater. There can be needs later in the framework agreement period.
The awarding authority has an option to enter into a service and maintenance contract for the following equipment by the end of the guarantee period:
o Fundus camera
o Autorefractor for the examination unit
o OCT
o Operation microscope
o Retinal photocoagulator with multi-spot function
