Etablishment of a bank loan facility for Ryfast AS

Ryfast AS

Ryfast AS shall finance and collect toll money for the construction of the mainland connection between Ryfylke and the Stavanger region.
The company would like tenders for bank loan facilities that shall cover the toll company's liability for the development cost in the period 2014 - 2016, alternatively 2014 - 2015. The company estimates that there will at first be a need for 2 000 000 000 - 3 000 000 000 NOK for the construction in this period. The project is described in Proposition 109 S (2011 - 2012) and a reference is made to this for details on the project. The procurement will consist of the following process:
— Notice 19.8.2013
— Deadline for receipt of requests for participation, the requests are to be sent via Doffin: 23.9.2013
— Dispatch of the tender documents to qualified tenderers (estimated to) 23.9.2013
— Deadline for receipt of tenders: 16.10.2013
— Negotiations with tenderers, the final tender, the board's discussion and the establishment of the loan documentation: October/November 2013
— The company would like it to be possible, if possible, to draw on the loan during January 2014.
The final terms for the competition will be in the tender documents, which wil be distributed to qualified tenderers (see the qualification criteria).
