Establishment of bank loan facility for E18 Vestfold AS

E18 Vestfold AS

E18 Vestfold AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests tenders for bank loan facilities in the range of 2 500 000 000 - 3 000 000 000 NOK. The bank loan shall finance the final construction of E18 through Vestfold in accordance with the parliamentary bill 123 S (2012-2013).
- The Awarding Authority is in charge of i.a. loan raising and toll collection for the entire project E18 through Vestfold.
- 20.10.2011 the county council in Vestfold decided to furnish a county guarantee for loan raising of 7 000 000 000 NOK.
- It is expected that the section Bommestad - Sky shall be constructed in the period 2013 - 2017 and the toll collection will be initiated in 2017 and last for approx. 15 years.
Tender documents are prepared and will be distributed to qualified tenderers who register for participation in the tender contest. The procurement of financing are subject to the following process:
- Publication: 14.08.2013.
- Deadline for requests for participation through Doffin: 30.08.2013 (12:00).
- Distribution of tender documents: 02.09.2013.
- Deadline for receipt of tenders: 20.09.2013
- Negotiations with tenderers, final tender, board resolution and establishment of loan document are expected implemented during October and November 2013.
- The Awarding Authority requests that the loan is available by the end of November 2013
