Equipment and software for automatic auto registration identification

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Customs and Excise Authorities, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, request to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of equipment and software for automatic auto registration identification. The agreement shall be included in the national standard system for identification of control objects. Supplementary procurements through this agreement shall, over time, result in control equipment in each region.
The agreement is a framework agreement.
The agreement period is from contract signing and the 2 next years; with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation (maximum contract period is 4 years in total).
The procurement includes the entire Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Customs and Excise Authorities organisations. The procurement is coordinated by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's Head Office.
Indication of volume/extent for the entire contract period is up to 40 mobile systems and up to 110 stationary systems. However, this volume is not binding for the Awarding Authority.
