The Awarding Authority requests to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of cleaning products, including environmentally friendly products. In addition is training and courses for the use of the cleaning products part of the framework agreement. Rental, installation and service of dispensing equipment for the washing machines and dishwashers within the large household area is also included with the competition.
The acquisition is divided into the following product categories:
Purchase of cleaning products, including courses and training for the use of the cleaning products
Rental of dispensing equipment, including installation, maintenance and service, and the purchase of related detergents

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The supplier shall have orderly conditions in relation to the payment of taxes.
Documentation: Tax Certificate, issued by the Tax Office or Treasurer (Form RF-1244). Separate requirements for foreign suppliers.

Requirements: Compliance with HSE regulations.
Suppliers whom shall perform works in Norway must meet the updated HSE requirements that the Norwegian authorities determine. Documentation: Appendix III - HSE self-statement is required.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfill the contract.
Documentation: The municipality of Bergen shall obtain information regarding the supplier's economic capacity through Proff Forvalt. As a minimum shall 'satisfactory' be accepted within 2 of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solidity. Suppliers that do not have a credit rating with Proff Forvalt, or if the supplier does not meet the grading requirements mentioned above, can prove there economic capacity with suitable bank-/parent company guarantees, relevant liability insurance and / or extracts from annual financial statements.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Implementation capacity - personnel
Suppliers are required to show good capability and have sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment in accordance with the Awarding Authority's needs. Documentation: Overview of number of employees, with competence for special / important subject areas for the implementation of this delivery.

Requirement: Procedures for environmental management
The assignment requires suppliers that have procedures and systems that ensure a low environmental impact within the performance of the delivery
Documentation: Alternative 1 description of corporate environmental practices and systems. Alternative 2 ISO 14001 or an equivalent 3rd party verified system.
Requirement for quality management
The assignment requires suppliers who have quality management systems and efficient flow of goods.
