Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
— Implementation ability - personnel.
It is required that the tenderer shows good ability to execute the assignment in accordance with the Awarding Authority's requirement. It is therefore required that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to implement the assignment.
Documentation:
— Overview of the company's total manpower.
— Experience from corresponding assignments.
It is required that the tenderer is well experienced from assignment of corresponding nature.
— The tenderer must complete annex 4 - reference form, regarding principal deliveries (numbers) the previous 3 years, including extent (number of man-labour month), value, date and awarding authority or recipient.
The tenderer shall have quality routines which ensure that the ready products:
a) Do not contain prohibited chemicals, and that
b) Harvesting and manufacturing of the products' materials are executed through sustained yield forestry in controlled forms and with traceability.

Printing services:
In order to ensure low environmental impact and high quality of the service during the contract period, it is required that the tenderer has control systems which reduce consumption of energy and chemicals, and has reliable routines for waste management.
