The contract is for 2 years with 2 options for one year, the total length can then be 4 years (2+1+1).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

(2) The company shall fulfil the legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety.

(3) The tender shall be signed by a authorised person.

(1) Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

(2) Insurance certificate in accordance with the awarding authority's version of NS8401 and NS8402.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(2) Other documentation required (please state below)

(2) Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the service provider fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.

The awarding authority will also accept other documentation that proves that the service provider has equivalent quality assurance measures. At a minimum a general description shall be given of the system's contents including an overview of control plans and check lists that are relevant for this contract.
