Emptying of oil separators

IVAR IKS

The objective of the procurement is to comply with IVAR IKS', henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirement for emptying, cleaning and inspection of oil separators as well as transport and final processing of the oil from 9 separators divided between the Awarding Authority's 8 plants in Randaberg, Sandnes, Klepp, Gjesdal, Forsand and Suldal municipalities.
The agreement is expected to include providing oil separator services in connection with routine conditions and sporadic requirements. The oil separators shall as a minimum be emptied once a year. The oil shall be subject to final processing at approved disposal sites and in accordance with prevailing regulations related to such treatment.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The agreement period is 2 years for contract signing. The Awarding Authority (the Customers) has option for further 2 years prolongation of the agreement.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

Credit appraisal from a publicly approved credit rating agency. The appraisal shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures with an indication on how the credit appraisal has developed during the previous 3 years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below):
— Documentation verifying that the company has necessary permission required for providing the requested oil separator services.
— Examples of documentation are emission permission, treatment processes, re-use of oil/sludge/products as well as procedures for supporting permissions. Summarized results of these procedures shall be submitted.
