Interkommunale IKT-tenester Nordhordland

The municipalities in Nordhordland, Austrheim, Fedje, Lindås, Masfjorden, Meland, Modalen, Osterøy, Radøy and Vaksdal, have established a joint ICT operational company, with Osterøy municipality as the host municipality.
Municipal and intermunicipal companies will also be able to used the contract that is awarded.
The main aim of coordinating a contract for a case and archive system is to give the municipalities access to a future orientated system, so that this can contribute to the development of the cooperation that the municipalities already have and plan for the future. The contract shall also contribute to making this cooperation economically advantageous for the municipalities.
It will also be important for the municipalities that the service providers of the chosen system can offer stable and predictable services in the future.
IKTNH would like to enter into a contract for a standard system for electronic registration, case handling, selection handling and archiving in all the municipalities. The system must be able to be configured to fit the municipalities' needs. The chosen case and archive system shall be certified/temporarily certified in accordance with the NOARK5-standard.
Use of the new case and archive system shall make fully electronic case handling, selection handling and archiving possible in the municipalities. The system shall allow for 24 hour administration in the municipalities.
