Electrician duty for district heating installations

Hafslund Varme AS

Hafslund Varme shall enter into a contract with an external service provider for corrective maintenance of equipmnet of an electrotechnical and regulating nature for the company's incineration plant and district heating installations in the Oslo area and in Østfold. The contract shall, amongst other things, include 24 hour duty and stand-by services.
The chosen suppier will have restricted access to Hafslund Varme's maintenance system to receive orders (work orders) and to submit reports after assignments have been completed.
A negotiated procedure will be held, which is a two stage procedure with a prequalification phase and an award phase.
Prequalification phase: Service provider's send in a request for participation in the competition. The service providers that fulfil the qualification requirements will be sent the tender documents and will be invited to submit a tender.
Award phase: Service providers that have submitted a tender and that fulfil the requirements in the tender documents will be invited to negotiations.
