Bergen kommune

The awarding authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the procurement construction products and wood. The awarding authority requires that the supplier, or possibly sub supplier has a sales place and stock in Bergen municipality for the duration of the contract. All product groups shall be kept in stock. See the contract and specifications (annex 1 of the tender documents and annex 1 of the contract) for further informaton.
Bergen municipality draws attention to the fact that a separate framework agreement has been signed for tools and fixing materials. All fixing materials shall primarily be procured through this contract. When construction products are procured, the accompanying fixing materials can be procured by using the framework agreement for construction products. Examples: Plasterboard screws, terrace screws, assembly glue).
Bergen municipality has started to use the market place ehandel.no to make call-offs on the product spectrum covered by this framework agreement. The awarding authority expects that the e-commernce system is operative within 3-4 months of the contract being signed. See annex 3 and annex 3A for further information.
