Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Qualification requirement: Service providers shall fulfil legal wage and work terms.

Documentation requirement: Service providers shall enclose a self-declaration on wage and work terms, cf. annex 2 in the qualification document.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall document healthy finances and a capacity that leaves no doubt as to continued operation in the contract period.

Documentation requirement: The economic and financial position shall be documented by the following information:

Annex 6: The company's last annual report, as well as recent information that is relevant to the company's accounting figures (eg. half yearly and group accounts).

Annex 7: Provision of the company's auditor approved annual accounts for the last three years.

Information on the company's turnover by filling in "table 1 Turnover Development" in the qualification document.

If a canditate, according to their own assessment, is in doubt as to whether the documentation of their financial capacity will be seen as sufficient, alternative documentation will be accepted that documents the financial ability to fulfil the contract.

NRK will obtain a credit rating from a certifed credit rating company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

An account of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

An account of the company's quality assurance system/quality control system.

Qualification requirement 2.3.1: Tenderers must have good professional competence for the services included in the procurement.

Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment, as well as available back-up resources.

Tenderers shall have available machines and equipment that are necessary for the assignment.

Tenderers shall also have sufficient equipment as back-up in case some of the equipment is damaged or due to other reasons cannot be used.

Documentation requirement 2.3.1: Tenderers shall work out a manpower overview (annex 8, see annex 3 as an example), and an account/list of the tools, machines, instruments, materials and/or other equipment that the service provider can use for fulfilment of the contract.

Documentation requirement 2.3.1: Overview of manpower and machines supported by descriptive texts (annex 9) that show that the company's professional competence, including the number of sub suppliers/sub contractors that will be used, as well as any certifications and experience that the tenderer has.

Documentation requirement 2.3.1: If a tenderer will use other companie' capacity to fulfil the contract obligations, a binding statement (annex 10) from the relevant sub suppliers shall be enclosed, cf. annex 4.

Qualification requirement 2.3.3: Tenderers shall have up to 5 relevant and well documented projects that have been carried out in the last 5 years.

Relevant means projects that are comparable in size and with challenges regarding noise, dust and companies in operation, as well as flexibility and deadline requirements.

Documentation requirement 2.3.3: A description shall be given of the 5 most important relevant contracts in the last 5 years connected to equivalent projects as this procurement.

The references shall, at a minimum, include the following information:

Customer's name.

Contact information at the customer; name, position, e-mail and telephone number.

Date and length.

If more service providers fulfil the qualification requirements than the number that shall be invited, NRK will select the qualified service providers in accordance with the following guidelines:

— Those who, based on a judged assessment, fulfil the listed qualification requirements in point 2.3 - Technical and professional qualifications in the best way.

— If there is a situation where several of the qualified service providers are seen to be roughly equal, we will draws lots among them. This will be carried out in a way that ensures notoriety.
