This section is situated along the existing road and is a continuance of Ring road north section A from crossing with the Innherredsveien road to E6 (European road 6) Havnekryss. This includes approx. 500 m feeder road, one T-intersection with the Innherredsveien road south, parallel foot/bicycle path/pavement partly on both sides as well as noise-deflection walls on both sides of the Havnegata street and west of the Innherredsveien road. The contract also includes upgrading of existing noise deflection wall east of the Innherredsveien road as well as demolition of two houses

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership, the tender shall include statement of joint and several liability towards the builder and third-party.

The tenderer shall provide information of equity and aggregate capital from the most recent reported accounts. Equity and aggregate capital from group of companies, parent company or subsidiary company shall not be presented. Included in the tender shall be documentation of considerable alterations, if any, in the tenderer's equity or solidity in relation to the latest accounts certified by the auditor.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
It is required that the equity is positive. If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership, this requirement applies for each of the participants. C.f Chapter E2, point 4.3.1, form E2-4.3.1.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
The tender shall include an overview of key personnel or personnel with relevant technical competence available for the implementation of the assignment. CVs or equivalent documentation are required. It is a requirement that the tenderer has experience from works of corresponding nature and degree of difficulty.
