E6 Oppdal - Road construction works, O-E-2

The tender contest E6 Oppdal - road construction works (O-E-2) involves construction of a new 3, 5 km new E6 (European road 6) through the centre of Oppdal. The project is divided in two execution contracts, of which this is number two in the line (O-E-2). The first contract is 'E6 Oppdal, structures (O-E-1)' which includes the Traneveg culvert, the Kåsa Bridge, the Ålma Bridge and the new Kåsen road.
The construction works for O-E-1 were initiated autumn 2013 and the entire project shall be completed within the end of 2015. This contract (O-E-2) comprises construction of a new E6 in partly untouched terrain (north of the centre of Oppdal) and partly in a new alignment through the centre. The contract also includes two subpassages situated in the centre of Oppdal and a new local road system also in the centre of Oppdal, as well as new system for Rv 70 (National road 70) with connections.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Options:
In connection with this contract there are options for other works in the vicinity to the construction section included in this contract:
Option 1:
Construction of a 1750 m long new foot/bicycle path along Fv 515 (County road 515) Gamle Kongeveg from Slepphaugråket to Stølen.
Option 2:
Minor completion works for the project E6 Oppdal, measures on the road systems subject to increased traffic as well as other requested measures.
Option 3:
Possibly façade works on nearby buildings and possibly additional measures in relation to these works.
Option 4:
Possibly new alignment for foot/bicycle path along the river Ålma between new and old E6 in approx. profile 2570 with approx length of 150 m. The final location of this foot/bicycle path is to be decided during the agreement period.
Option 1 shall be priced in a separate decription. Options 2, 3, and 4 shall not be priced. However, the contractor's unit prices/man-hour prices in this contract shall be used as far as possible.
The options applies for the Awarding Authority and the Awarding Authority reserves the right to utilise the options in the extent found necessary, within a stipulated total cost limit of approx. 13 000 000 NOK. The options do not give any right to increase the contract‘s rig agendas as long as the works are agreed to be executed during the contract's implementation period

The tenderer shall inform of equity and aggregate capital from the most recent reported accounts.
