Direct service municipal insurance - VOIS-framework agreement

This agreement shall provide the basis for, at all times, the time appropriate insurance services for participants in the Framework Agreement.
The procurement co-operation shall enter into a framework agreement, including insurance and safety regulations, for municipal insurance based on direct service insurance and insurance respectively.
Participants with an option to join can enter into the established framework at a later stage in the framework agreement period.
The framework agreement shall include insurances, standard covers and standard excess that are part of a normal portfolio, as well as other insurances, additional cover and excess that can be be established voluntary beyond the normal portfolio.
The agreement forms the basis for individual insurance policy agreements in accordance with the Insurance Contracts Act between insurers and participants.
Individual risk profile (own risk with defined excess fees, etc.), additional coverage, additional services, use of internal insurance fund, account plans and contact person shall be agreed in the insurance contract between the individual participant and the Service provider.
The framework agreement shall be maintained by VOIS in co-operation with the service provider.
The insurance agreement shall be maintained jointly by the award authority and service provider, c/o respective parties in agreement.
Injury history and internal control, HSE and procedures, plans and activities concerning prevention awareness, effort and measures, are reviewed and form the basis at the time of contract signing, and shall be followed up during the agreement period.
Changes to the risk profile are the basis for determining the premium for each policy year.
Service provider shall assist each participant in the preparation, any reviews/upgrades and implementation of specific action plan for risk prevention efforts and initiatives.
